Andrew Armstrong is a collegiate football wide receiver who formerly represented the University of Arkansas from 2023-2024. Previously, he played at Texas A&M-Commerce. Armstrong lettered with the Texas A&M–Commerce Lions from 2019 to 2022. He redshirted during 2019 and did not play in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, he played 10 games and accumulated 15 receptions for 297 yards and three touchdowns. His breakout year was in 2022, when he caught 62 passes for 1,020 yards and 13 touchdowns in 11 games. He was named First-Team All-Southland Conference and to the HERO Sports Sophomore All-America team for the year. In 2023, Armstrong transferred to the Arkansas Razorbacks and played through the 2024 season. In his first year, he led the team with 56 receptions for 764 yards and five touchdowns in 12 games. He was named to Phil Steele’s Fourth-Team All-SEC. In 2024, he led the SEC with 78 receptions for 1,140 yards and added a touchdown, as per Sports Reference. On December 4, 2024, Armstrong declared for the 2025 NFL Draft through his Instagram account (@drew.bandz). At the NFL Scouting Combine, he ran a 4.51-second 40-yard dash, recorded a 37.5-inch vertical jump, and clocked in a 1.53-second 10-yard split.
