San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Patrick Juszczyk was the first fullback drafted from Harvard. He played as a blocking fullback in 16 games of the regular season in his rookie year. Juszczyk was the first fullback among the three drafted in the 2013 NFL Draft.

He agreed to a $2.46 million, four-year rookie contract with the Baltimore Ravens. He made his professional regular season debut in the Ravens' 49–27 season-opening loss to the Denver Broncos. In the 2014 campaign, Juszczyk established himself as the Ravens' starting fullback.

When Juszczyk first became available to the free agent market in 2017, he was the best fullback available. Numerous teams, including the Philadelphia Eagles, Browns, Bills, and San Francisco 49ers, have shown interest in and made offers to him. Juszczyk chose to sign with the San Francisco 49ers.
