1. Start a new Franchise mode.

2. Select the "Fantasy Draft" option.

3. Choose whether you want to do a single-player or multiplayer fantasy draft.

4. If you are doing a single-player fantasy draft, you will need to select the teams that will be involved in the draft.

5. If you are doing a multiplayer fantasy draft, you will need to invite your friends to join the draft.

6. The draft will begin, and you will be able to select players for your team.

7. The draft will continue until all of the teams have 53 players.

8. Once the draft is complete, you will be able to start playing your Franchise mode.
