Taliese Fuaga is an American professional football offensive tackle for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League. He played for the Oregon State Beavers during his NCAA football career. He declared himself for the 2024 NFL draft after four memorable seasons at Oregon State University. He went to Mount Tahoma High School in his hometown of Washington. He excelled in both offensive and defensive lines, which got him invited to the 2020 Polynesian Bowl. Upon graduation, he was regarded as a three-star prospect by ESPN, Rivals.com, and 247Sports due to his overall performance.

In 14 games between the 2020 and 2021 seasons, backup Fuaga made his collegiate football debut. He had more playing time next season, starting all 13 games. He was able to retain his starting spot in all 12 games in 2023. Taliese Fuaga, an offensive lineman at Oregon State, was named to The Sporting News second team, earning him another All-America award. With Fuaga's recognition, the Beavers are now a two-time Sporting News All-American team, after Anthony Gould was named to the first team the previous season. Since centre John Didion in 1968, Fuaga is the first offensive lineman to be honored by the journal. Along with the award, he was also named to the first team by Pro Football Focus, CBS Sports, and the Football Writers Association of America (FWAA). Additionally, the Associated Press, Walter Camp, The Athletic, and USA Today have named Fuaga a Second-Team All-American. He was a semifinalist for the Outland Trophy and was selected as a First-Team All-Pac-12 player by the coaches in the league as well as the Associated Press.

Fuaga went to Oregon State University from 2020-2023. Tali'sa Fuaga has enjoyed a standout college football career. As a junior in 2023, Fuaga earned widespread recognition, making several All-America teams, including first-team honors from FWAA, CBS Sports, and ESPN, among others. He was also a finalist for the Polynesian Player of the Year and a semifinalist for both the Outland Trophy and the Lombardi Award. Playing in 12 games, Fuaga showcased his skills with an impressive 88.2 overall grade from Pro Football Focus, excelling in run blocking with a 90.9 mark.

In his sophomore year, he was named to multiple All-Pac-12 teams and contributed significantly to an offensive line that helped the Beavers average 396 yards per game. Fuaga’s freshman year saw him starting all 13 games and earning honorable mention honors. His consistent performance throughout his college career has established him as a key player on the Oregon State offensive line.
