Tony Randall Pollard is an American football running back for the Tennessee Titans in the 2024 NFL season. The Dallas Cowboys drafted Pollard with the 128th overall pick in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. After spending five seasons with the Cowboys from 2019 to 2023, he joined the Titans in 2024 and signed a three-year contract with the team worth $21 million (via Spotrac). According to Pro Football Reference, he has recorded 4,603 rushing yards, 28 rushing touchdowns, along with 215 receptions for 1,552 receiving yards and five touchdowns. Pollard was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2022.
Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Tony Pollard attended Melrose High School, where he began his football journey. After finishing high school, he committed to playing collegiate football at the University of Memphis. During his time there, he was named a Consensus All-American in 2017, and AAC Special Teams Player of the Year twice in 2016 and 2017 respectively. According to Sports Reference, he also recorded 941 rushing yards, 104 receptions for 1,292 receiving yards, and 18 touchdowns.
