Recently, a fan account uploaded pictures of Reese having a gala time with some renowned female rappers in the industry. She was seen posing with Latto and Megan Thee Stallion, as well as sharing the stage with GloRill during one of her performances.

Angele Reese took notice of the post and commented:

She was spotted hanging out with Cardi B at the Met Gala in New York. The Bodak Yellow singer took to social media and also gave a shoutout to the Sky star on her IG Story.

The American rapper posted a video of Reese dancing and wished her:

“Say happy birthday to the one and only [Angele Reese].”

Latto was seen sitting courtside in a game between the Chicago Sky and the Dallas Wings. Recently, the Chicago Sky star also made a TikTok video with Megan Thee Stallion. With every appearance with these famous names in the industry, Reese is only solidifying her popularity which will end up benefitting women’s basketball.

Reese had previously shared that Beyonce, Cardi B, and Latto were some of the singers on her playlist. She has worked hard to get to where she stands today and deserves every bit of the popularity.

The league recently released a commercial for the NBA Finals featuring NBA legends Dwyane Wade, Ray Allen, Magic Johnson, and Isiah Thomas. The video also featured stars such as Jimmy Kimmel and Ken Jeong.

Sharing the screen with big names both from the basketball world and Hollywood stars speaks volumes of the growing popularity of the WNBA and its star players.

Angel Reese has played two games for the Sky so far in the season, with her team holding a 1-1 record. She is averaging 11.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. However, she has been shooting poorly from the field and needs to work on it as the season progresses.
