Shakib Al Hasan

Early on in the season, Shakib was in and out of the side but in the last few games the management retained the faith in him and he has once again become a vital cog in the line-up. Dwayne Bravo

The West Indian all-rounder hasn’t been at his best with the bat for a while now as he has been focusing more on his bowling. But if needed he can bring out those lusty hits in the end but irrespective of that, he bowls at the death and provides you loads of points with wickets.

He has also went for a few in this tournament but expect him to step up on the big stage when they take on the Royal Challengers Bangalore. Only issue would be his price tag though. It’s no secret that Shane Watson’s wicket taking abilities have fizzled out a bit after the first phase. He still has 16 wickets to his name though which is massive for someone who bats in the top four. He remains a potent weapon with both bat and ball. With RCB’s top order firing almost every game, you just sense that a failure is around the corner and that is where you need Watson’s services.
