The USADA list also includes middleweight fighter Paulo Costa and women's strawweight Ariane Carnelossi in the top 10, with 20 tests each. Former welterweight champion Kamaru Usman is also one of the most tested on the USADA roster with 13 tests.

Prochazka is currently taking a hiatus from mixed martial arts due to a shoulder injury he suffered in training. In the wake of his injury, the 30-year-old vacated his 205-pound gold so as not to hold up the division.

In an interview with iDNES.cs, the Czech national revealed the injury is going to sideline him for almost seven months:

"They scared me a little bit... That it would take nine months to a year. After consulting with other experts and surgeons, I don't see it being more than half a year until the next fight. A maximum of seven months." [Translated from Czech to English using Google Translate]

'Denisa' is expected to fight for the title upon his UFC return.

How did Jiri Prochazka injure his shoulder?

According to Jiri Prochazka's manager Tim Simpson, 'Denisa' sustained the shoulder injury during wrestling training at the UFC Performance Institute (UFC PI).

In an interview with Yahoo! Sports, Simpson stated that the 30-year-old's shoulder popped out during training and someone attempted to put it back in place:

"The shoulder got wrecked in a standard wrestling accident type of thing. You know how shoulders are, right? It pops out and a lot of the time, you pop it right back in. There was a wait and it popped out. And you never really know with a shoulder until you dig into it."

In a recent appearance on Paddy Pimblett's Chattin Pony podcast, UFC president Dana White revealed that it was Jiri Prochazka's teammates' attempts to fix his shoulder that worsened the injury:

"What happened was it [Prochazka's shoulder] popped out and he had some guys there at the gym [tried to put it back in], and they ripped the s**t out of it and destroyed his shoulder."
