Since all the eight group winners have made it into the quarter-finals, there is no conflict of the rule which states that two sides from the same group cannot face each other.

#1 Bayern Munich

Reigning champions Bayern Munich is the team every club would like to avoid, and they can face any of the three clubs from Spain or the two from England.

Best case Scenario: Facing Manchester United or Borussia Dortmund.

Manchester United are probably the side every club will be hoping to face as their season under new manager David Moyes has been nothing short of a disaster. On the other hand, Dortmund's season has already been marred with many injuries, and they had progressed through the round quite narrowly.

Worst Case Scenario: Facing Real Madrid or Barcelona.

Real Madrid and Barcelona are one of the very few clubs who could defeat Pep Guardiola's Bayern Munich, and the Spanish manager would be hoping they face neither of the two Spanish giants.

#2 Borussia Dortmund

Injury plagued Borussia Dortmund may not be in the best of their form, but they are still a strong side to reckon with. Real Madrid, of all clubs, may want to avoid them given their poor record against German sides.

#3 FC Barcelona

FC Barcelona will be looking to give their best in the UEFA Champions League after having almost lost the domestic league to Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid who are the favourites to win La LIga.
