7 Superstars who should be included in the DLC pack in WWE 2K15

Narbavi

So WWE 2K15 is finally here, and wrestling fans are occupied with it. But as always, you can sense some disappointment especially since the gamers didn't get to see the superstars they were looking for. So we have compiled a list of 7 superstars who should be present in the DLC for the game. Here are they:

#1 Eddie Guerrero

Latino Heat Eddie Guerrero will never be forgotten. Fans still chant his name whenever they feel like chanting, and you can just see in the social media as to how much they miss him? That's precisely why he is right on top of our list. Eddie won 23 titles totally and in the process becoming a 'Grand Slam Champion.

He won his first and his only WWE Championship in 2004 by defeating Brock Lesnar and his final title was the Tag Team Championship that he won teaming up with Rey Mysterio. He was scripted to win the World Heavyweight Championship from Batista so that the Animal could take some time off to heal from an injured back, but instead lost his life as a result of an acute heart failure. Having a virtual Guerrero on our screens would have been magnificent, so hopefully we will see him.

#2 Chris Benoit

The late Chris Benoit comes in next. But it is highly unlikely that he will be included in the DLC due to various reasons, but this is a platform to express our wishes. A few months after Eddie’s death, Benoit was found dead along with his wife and son in what was described as one of the darkest days in the history of WWE.

Nevertheless, we will remember ‘The Rabid Wolverine’ for his antics inside the ring. He won his first World Heavyweight Championship in the WWE at the granddest stage of them all when he beat Triple H and Shawn Michaels in a triple threat match at Wrestlemania XX. He then lost his title to Randy Orton, but just like it was the case with Eddie, Benoit too was booked to win the WWE title on the day of his death.

#3 Kurt Angle

Simply put, we need this guy! Not just in the game, but also back inside a WWE ring. What a presence he had everytime he had a battle. Recognised as one of the best athletes ever to have stepped foot inside the WWE ring, Kurt Angle’s absence certainly hasn’t gone down well with the fans.

To be honest, I don't see it happening this year since he hasn’t made an appearance for the last seven years. Yes he did sign with TNA, but now there were some rumors that he might return back to WWE soon. Nothing has been made official yet, so it looks like the wait will continue.

#4 Goldberg

Bill Goldberg – a name which every single ‘Ruthless Aggression’ era fan will remember forever! He took the WWE by storm when he arrived as he immediately took on ‘The Rock’ and went on to defeat him. His powerful presence inside the ring made his character an instant hit amongst the fans and he was well appreciated.

He won the World Heavyweight title defeating Triple H, but his final appearance for the company was a win over Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania XX. He was ‘stunned’ by Stone Cold Steve Austin (special guest referee) after the match. After a huge gap of 11 years, he was finally included last year in WWE 2K14. So will he appear in 2K15? Time will tell.

#5 Owen Hart

Yes the game is modernised now, but we would still like to see this great wrestler wouldn’t we? He died tragically inside a WWE ring at an young age of 34. He was an one time World Champion and a two time Intercontinental Champion. He also won the Tag team titles four times, besides winning the King of the Ring tournament in 1994.

He enjoyed some great rivalries with British Bulldog, Stone Cold Steve Austin and in fact his own brother Bret Hart. He hasn’t appeared in a WWE game for the last 15 years. and that makes it more unlikely that he will ever appear again.

#6 Mick Foley

Dude Love, Cactus Jack, or as Mankind. He would have fitted in perfectly in any form. Mick Foley will always be recognised as someone who gave ‘everything’ he had whenever he stepped inside the ring. No body will ever forget the Hell In a Cell match he had with the Undertaker many years ago.

He is a three time WWF Champion, 1 time TNA World Heavyweight Champion and a 11 time Tag team Champion. He was inducted in to the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013 and his presence in the game would be welcomed by fans.

#7 Mr. Perfect

Yes I know he never won the world title with WWE, but the company still recognises him as one of the greatest Intercontinental Champions. He should have had more success with the WWE, but unfortunately things didn’t go his way and he died in the year 2003 at the age of 44.

He appeared previously in the DLC in a NWO content pack, but lets have him again in his traditional Mr.Perfect attire clashing with Bret Hart in WWE 2K15 just for the sake of old times.
