5 Bold Predictions For The Women's Elimination Chamber Match

Monday Night Raw, Elimination Chamber,
Who's your pick to win The first ever Women's Elimination Chamber match.

The WWE Raw Women's roster is set to make history yet again, this time in the unforgiving steel structure known as the elimination chamber. While history will, of course, be a huge part of this match, especially since this will be the first time that a women's Elimination Chamber match has ever been held in WWE, there is also the title implications to consider.

In fact, the nature of the six-woman match-up could honestly be enough for WWE to shake up the women's title picture and put together an unexpected match for WrestleMania 34. With that in mind and the various storylines that have been hinted at over the course f the last few weeks, here are five bold predictions for the women's Chamber match.

#5 Bayley gets eliminated first

Bayley, Elimination Chamber,

Will Bayley be eliminated from The Elimination Chamber first?

This one probably isn't the biggest surprise, but WWE will most likely have The Hugger and former Women's champion be the first one eliminated from The Chamber match on Sunday. Not only does this result build heel heat for whoever manages to pin or make her submit, it could also further a storyline if it is Sasha Banks that ends up being the one to do so.

With that being said and WWE's interest in shaking up the title picture, the company would be much better off to have someone from Absolution pin Bayley and take her out of the match. This will help build up heel heat for the two struggling stars right now and also allow for them to look more like a threat in the later stages of the match

#4 Mickie James makes final three

Mickie James,
Can Mickie James go long in The Elimination Chamber match?

WWE needs an underdog story for their first ever elimination Chamber match and while the fans probably won't get behind Bayley as someone that fans can rally for in this match, especially since her character is build around more of a loving nature, The WWE Universe might be able to get behind Mickie James.

Not only would this work from a fan stand point, it is also a good idea since James has the most experience out of anyone in the ring and would be a great story if she could actually go the distance in the match. Of course that probably won't happen and she will be quickly eliminated after making final three, but at least make it seem like an upset can happen.

In the end, WWE has already had Bayley take the sacrificial pin instead of Mickie James multiple times in the last couple of months and would probably have no problem keeping James in the match in order to build an underdog story. Whether that leads to final three or not is yet to be seen, but she has a much better shot then Bayley does.

#3 WWE plants the seeds for Absolution implosion

Absolution, Elimination Chamber,
Is Absolution ready for battle in The Elimination Chamber?

Whether The WWE Universe likes it or not, the Absolution stable hasn't been as successful as everyone originally hoped. Of course, a great deal of that has to do with Paige being badly injured during a house show and reportedly told she could never wrestle again, but Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose's lack of experience on the main roster isn't helping them.

With that being said, WWE needs to break up this group as fast as possible and that break up will hopefully begin during The Women's Elimination Chamber match. How that happens, of course, is anyone's guess, but the only thing that matters, in the end, is that Sonya Deville is the one that benefits from the incident and has a chance to win the match.

#2 Sonya Deville wins the match

Sonya Deville, Elimination Chamber,
Sonya Deville is a devastating force in WWE and could very well win it all on Sunday.

Speaking of Absolution, Sonya Deville will be the one to go all the way and win The Women's Championship for the first time in her career. Not only will doing this give fans a huge swerve in the women's title picture, especially since many think that Bliss will be able to retain her title, it also sets the stage for Absolution to implode as a result.

In fact, WWE could even do the same thing they did with Evolution back in 2003 and have Mandy Rose become jealous that Deville won the title and Rose didn't. After the break up, Paige can go on and continue to manage Mandy Rose and Deville can move on to have her first ever WrestleMania moment.

With that being said, there is another reason why Sonya Deville will win the match and that reason is non other then a match with Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 34.

#1 Ronda Rousey confronts the winner

Ronda Rousey, WWE, Elimination Chamber,
Will Ronda Rousey confront the winner of The Elimination Chamber match?

There have already been a ton of rumors about Ronda Rousey turning heel and while she wasn't even originally scheduled to be on the upcoming Elimination Chamber pay per view, that might just be the perfect place to do just that. In fact, it would be the perfect way for WWE to capitalize between real world and storyline once again.

With that in mind and the multitude of women that tweet their anger about Ronda Rousey ruining the special moment that The Royal Rumble was supposed to be. it would be a great idea if WWE used that and had Rousey do it once again at the end of The Elimination Chamber match, thus slowly turning her heel in the process.

Whether she actually does this or will just be at the pay per view to sign her official contract with Monday Night Raw remains to be seen, but it would arguably be one of the best moments to at least hint at a heel turn for Rousey. It would also set up a great match between Rousey and Deville if she does end up winning The Chamber match.

In the end, Rousey versus Deville would be a great match to have after WrestleMania and could even be a great match for WrestleMania 34 itself if WWE is willing to change up their plans a bit. In fact, it would probably lend a very realistic feel to the match, and would protect some of the other big time matches Rousey could have for later.like Asuka or Sasha Banks.
