Bayley is a WWE Women's Grand Slam Champion!

WWE Superstar Bayley recently broke character while reacting to the praise she received from a wrestling legend.

While speaking in the press conference at Fastlane, WWE's Chief Content Officer, Triple H, heaped praise on the Damage CTRL member. The Game referred to her as one of the most valuable players of the company's female division. He further stated that The Role Model doesn't get the credit she deserves.

During her recent conversation with Cageside Seats, the 34-year-old talked about several things, including Royal Rumble, Damage CTRL, and much more. Bayley also addressed the praise she received from Triple H. The former Women's Champion stated that she hoped Hunter meant everything he said:

“I hope he really meant it. It’s all over Twitter, so he can never take it back,” Bayley said with a chuckle. [H/T: Cageside Seats]

She further stated:

“Their goals might be different than mine. So, where can we meet halfway and where can we make it work together? So to hear [Triple H] say that makes me feel like we’re like right there, because everything he said [at Fastlane] is everything I’m trying to be and more.”[H/T: Cageside Seats]

Roxanne Perez shares opens up about her interaction with Bayley

Speaking with Emily Mae of Sportskeeda Wrestling in an exclusive interview, Roxanne Perez opened up about connecting with the veteran performer while she was rehabbing an injury at the Performance Center.

The former NXT Women's Champion further stated that the Damage CTRL member was like a 'big sister' to her.

"Bayley is so fricking awesome. When she was down at the Performance Center for rehab, she really got to connect with me and some of the other girls that came from wrestling just like her. And it's crazy because I met Bayley like when I was 14; it was an indie show, and she was there. I met her and told her I wanna be a WWE wrestler, 'I'm gonna start training,' and I have a picture with her. So when she came to rehab, and I showed her that, and she was like, 'Wow, this is amazing to see.' I don't think she expected to work with people she inspired. So to be able to learn from her and get so much advice. She's like a big sister, so she's awesome," said Roxanne Perez.
