Colin Reed Castleton is a professional American basketball center for the Toronto Raptors in the National Basketball Association (NBA), as of April 2025. Castleton developed his basketball skills at Father Lopez Catholic High School in Daytona, Florida, USA. As a senior, he averaged 24.5 points, 11.7 rebounds, and 5.6 blocks per game, as per Florida Gators' official website. As a four-star athlete, Colin Castleton played two seasons at the University of Michigan and then transferred to the University of Florida. According to Sports Reference, Castleton averaged 16.0 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 3.0 blocks per game in his final season. According to Florida Gators' official website, he earned first-team All-SEC and SEC All-Defensive Team honors.

After going undrafted in the 2023 NBA Draft, Castleton signed a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. In his debut NBA season, he appeared in 16 NBA games, averaging 1.5 points and 0.8 rebounds in 3.7 minutes per game, as per Basketball Reference. He was part of the 15-men LA Lakers roster and received a $500,000 prize when the Lakers won the inaugural 2023 In-Season Tournament team. After the first season with the Lakers, Colin Castleton signed a two-way contract with the Memphis Grizzlies for the 2024-25 season and also plays for their G-League affiliate, Memphis Hustle. He joined the Philadelphia 76ers on April 2, 2025. However, he was waived and signed by Toronto Raptors for a two-year standard contract on 12th April, 2025.
