Alrighty! That will be that from us here at Sportskeeda! Hope you enjoyed our coverage and don't forget to tune in tomorrow as we have Sunrisers Hyderabad face off against Kings XI Punjab at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai! Till then, this is me, Pradeep Somashekar and my colleague, Shashwat Kumar signing off! Take care, Good night!
Chennai Super Kings suffer another loss after everyone thought at once they would chase this down easily in a canter but things turned up side down after Watson's dismissal. Excellent turnaround by Kolkata Knight Riders. Questions will be asked around Kedhar Jadhav's selection and also sending him ahead of Bravo.

At the start of the chase, Watson and Faf looked in brilliant touch and played with complete ease. Faf soon perished trying to take on Mavi who was bowling short of a length deliveries and edged one to the keeper in the end. Rayudu joined Watson and both looked aggressive from the onset and took on Mavi and Cummins.

Karthik held back Narine and Chakravarthy for later stages of the innings and proved to be a masterclass in the end. Rayudu goes for a shot that he would regret that he played it. Dhoni comes in and it gets tougher and tougher as the skipper introduces Narine and Chakravarthy in the backend of the innings and the ploy to keep them at the end worked like a magic as Super Kings lost one too many around the 15th over when Dhoni and Curran were in the middle, it was all a possibility for them but soon Dhoni perished trying to take on Chakravarthy, Curran departs soon after that.

What happened there after will raise a lot of eyebrows as Kedhar Jadhav just got stuck with his innings and failed to hit the boundaries or even rotate the strike, probably sending him ahead of Bravo was a bad move first of all. Andre Russell proved to be effective with the ball and just delivered the sucker punch in the last over, Jadeja did club a few in that over but it was too late in the end.

A tactical win for Kolkata Knight Riders in this match, keeping both the spinners at the end was a brilliant move by the skipper and they move up to the 3rd spot in the points table. Chennai Super Kings lose another and they are just below Royal Challengers Bangalore in the points table.
Kolkata Knight Riders win this just in time and win by 10 runs in the end.

MS Dhoni at the presentation says they they lost a few wickets in the middle and KKR bowled 3 brilliant overs. If the batsman had done well to keep up with the run rate then the result would've been different. He says, initially they gave away too many runs and Karn Sharma bowled well to peg back the batsman. But he thinks it is batsman who let their bowlers down today, they needed to be innovative with the shot and should've scored some boundaries at the death.

Dinesh Karthik the winning captain says Sunil Narine is the key player for us and the least we can do is back him. He says, he wanted to ease pressure on Narine and sent Tripathi up the order. The batting line-up has been fluid for them which is a good thing. He kept faith in Narine and Varun at the backend of the game and it has paid off for him!

Rahul Tripathi has been adjudged the Man of the Match!

He says, it's a dream come true for me and he was prepared for both the roles as an opener and batting down the order. Whenever there is an opportunity, we need to be prepared. Initially the ball was coming on nicely and he wanted to make the most of it. At the end he says, Coming to KKR is special for him.
An absolutely dismal and diabolical performance by Kedar Jadhav today! If he isn't getting dropped after today, one might never know when that would happen! He just sucked everything out of the innings and is pretty much a liability for CSK currently, both in the batting department and even in the field!
Over: 20 | Summary: 0 0 1 6 4 4 Bowler: Andre Russell Score: 157/5
19.6 Andre Russell to Ravindra Jadeja, FOUR! Low full toss outside off stump and just like he is sending a message out to Jadhav, he backs away and creams it past extra cover for four
19.5 Andre Russell to Ravindra Jadeja, FOUR MORE! JUST ADDING SALT TO THE WOUNDS OPENED UP BY JADHAV! Another short delivery at the batsman and Jadeja does well to get inside the line and whack it over square leg for four
Some turnaround this is by KKR, they were completely looking down the barrel at the half way mark of the chase, look where they are now.
CSK need 19 off the last 2 balls!
19.4 Andre Russell to Ravindra Jadeja, SIX! WHY HAS HE NOT BEEN GIVEN MORE OF THE STRIKE? KEDAR JADHAV HAS A LOT TO ANSWER! Banged into the track outside off stump and Jadeja waits for it before scything it over point for a maximum!
19.3 Andre Russell to Kedar Jadhav, yorker outside off stump. Jadhav gets across his stumps and digs it out towards deep point for just another single. Never knew Jadhav was snapped up by KKR!
19.2 Andre Russell to Kedar Jadhav, OH DEAR! JADHAV GET RETIRED HURT, FOR CSK'S SAKE! Another back of a length delivery that Jadhav is incredibly late on! The ball comes and hits him in the midriff and it is another dot
19.1 Andre Russell to Kedar Jadhav, full delivery outside off stump. Jadhav stays deep in his crease and then drives tamely to extra cover. Denies the single too! What in the world is he doing?
Over: 19 | Summary: 1 4 0 1 4 0 Bowler: Sunil Narine Score: 142/5
Just a couple of boundaries off that over, not looking good at all for CSK at the moment, Jadhav needed to connect at least a few in that over but Jadeja gets one to connect well and races away to the short third man boundary at the end.

CSK need 26 off the last over!
18.6 Sunil Narine to Ravindra Jadeja, AHHH! Full delivery on the pads and Jadeja can't get that one away. He tries to hoick it over mid wicket but fails to get any contact as the ball thuds into his pads
18.5 Sunil Narine to Ravindra Jadeja, FOUR! Short and wide outside off stump and Jadeja throws his hands at it! He slashes hard and gets it over backward point for four
18.4 Sunil Narine to Kedar Jadhav, right in the slot on middle stump and Jadhav just manages to get a single down to deep backward square leg. That is just poor! I am sorry, but it is poor!
18.3 Sunil Narine to Kedar Jadhav, length delivery outside off stump. Jadhav looks to access the off side but shanks it horribly back to the bowler. Jadhav is out of sorts!
18.2 Sunil Narine to Kedar Jadhav, FOUR! JADHAV BREAKS THE SHACKLES BUT IS IT ENOUGH? Dragged down outside off stump and Jadhav clears his front leg before mowing it past long on for a much-needed boundary!
18.1 Sunil Narine to Ravindra Jadeja, speared way outside off stump after Narine sees Jadeja come down the track. Jadeja somehow manages to get some bat on it and fetches a single to long off
