"Nasty motherf***er"- Dustin Poirier reacts to Michael Chandler blowing his broken nose on him during the fight

While making an appearance on The MMA Hour, Dustin Poirier labeled Michael Chandler a "nasty motherf***er" for purposely blowing his bloodied nose on 'The Diamond' during their war last time out.

The UFC 281 card was an unmissable showcase that perfectly displayed some of the biggest ups and downs martial artists will endure throughout their careers. An all-time event filled with thrilling matchups with some painful results, a collection of highlight-reel finishes, and two title changes.

In a recent interview, Dustin Poirier insisted that Michael Chandler "one hundred percent" blew his bloody nose all over him during an exchange in their fight, despite 'Iron' claiming it was unintentional:

"I don't care what the fu** the guy says in interviews or the guy he's trying to portray, he one hundred percent did [blow his broken nose on me during our fight]. He one hundred percent did... I was calling him a nasty motherf***er, that's what I kept telling him. I could hear him blow his nose, he did it hard. If you go back and watch the replay of the blood falling out of his nose... It might be broken or whatever, but when he got it lined up where he wanted it, those huge globs that came out, that didn't fall out, he forced them out."

The two lightweights delivered a show-stealing display as they collided in the center of the octagon during UFC 281. Rightfully awarded fight-of-the-night honors, the 155lb bout would have likely been the most talked about fight as the UFC year comes to an end if it wasn't for Israel Adesanya losing his title.
