Demetrious Johnson has gone viral again on Instagram after releasing a short reel of himself sharing secrets of the trade with jiu-jitsu phenoms, Kade and Tye Ruotolo.

Besides being an MMA titan, 'Mighty Mouse' is also an affluent jiu-jitsu stylist. He won a gold medal at the IBJJF Masters World Championship in 2023, and then went on to win gold and silver at the 2024 IBJJF Pan American Championship.

Kade, meanwhile, is preparing for his MMA debut. The ONE lightweight submission grappling world champion already has his first MMA match scheduled for June 7 at ONE 167, against Blake Cooper at Impact Arena.

With that said, Johnson and the Ruotolo brothers are having one heck of a time sharing some of their best tricks in jiu-jitsu and MMA.
