DeKaylin Zecharius "DK" Metcalf is a professional American football wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL. The Seahawks drafted Metcalf with the 64th pick in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft. In his debut season, Metcalf recorded a total of 900 yards, 58 catches, and scored seven touchdowns. During the 2020 NFL season, Metcalf broke the previous record held by Steve Largent of most receiving yards in a single season in Seahawks franchise history (1,287) by tallying 1,303 receiving yards, as reported by Seattle Seahawks official website. In 2022, Metcalf signed a three-year extension with the Seattle Seahawks, as reported by Spotrac. The following year, Metcalf earned his second Pro Bowl selection. Metcalf's time in Seattle came to an end in March 2025, when the franchise traded him to Pittsburgh Steelers for a second-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, along with a pick swap in the sixth and seventh rounds.

Metcalf played collegiate football at the University of Mississippi from 2016-2018. Metcalf only appeared in two Ole Miss games as a freshman in 2016, before suffering a foot injury that ended his season, as reported by Ole Miss Athletics. According to Sports Reference, Metcalf caught 26 passes for 569 yards in 2018 while hauling in 39 grabs for 646 yards, and seven touchdowns in the previous season. To enter the 2019 NFL draft, Metcalf forfeited his final two years of collegiate football. Metcalf played football for Oxford High School before attending college.
