DeKaylin Zecharius "DK" Metcalf is a professional American football wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL. The Seahawks drafted Metcalf with the 64th pick in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft. In his debut season, Metcalf recorded a total of 900 yards, 58 catches, and scored seven touchdowns. During the 2020 NFL season, Metcalf broke the previous record held by Steve Largent of most receiving yards in a single season in Seahawks franchise history (1,287) by tallying 1,303 receiving yards, as reported by Seattle Seahawks official website. In 2022, Metcalf signed a three-year extension with the Seattle Seahawks, as reported by Spotrac. The following year, Metcalf earned his second Pro Bowl selection. Metcalf played collegiate football at the University of Mississippi from 2016-2018. However, after getting traded to the Steelers, Metcalf changed his number to 4 for Black and Gold as No.14 on the Steelers was already occupied by wide receiver George Pickens, per Yahoo Sports.
