Jahan Waltè Dotson is a professional American football wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles as of the 2024 NFL season. The Washington Commanders selected him with the 16th overall pick in the first round of the 2022 NFL draft. In his debut game in week 1 of the 2022 NFL season, he caught three passes for 40 yards and scored touchdowns. He was named the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week for his performance that week in 2022. In Week 15 of that season, after catching 4 passes for 105 yards and scoring a touchdown he was named Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week, once again. Dotson had a total of 35 receptions for 523 yards and 7 touchdowns in the 2022 season. Dotson finished his second year with the Commanders with four touchdowns and caught 49 passes for 518 yards. In August 2024, he was traded to the Eagles.

Dotson attended Nazareth Area High School where he broke the Nazareth school record for the most touchdowns (40), receiving yards (2,755), and receptions (187) (via official website of Penn State). He initially joined UCLA for college football but later committed to Pennsylvania State University. In his freshman year, he played a total of 8 games In 2019, Dotson started all 13 games the following season and had 27 receptions for 488 yards and five touchdowns. In the 2020 season, he was named third-team All-Big Ten, recording 52 receptions for 884 yards and eight touchdowns. In the 2021 season, he made 12 starts, recording 91 receptions for 1,182 yards and 12 touchdowns (according to Sports Reference).
