William Malaki Starks is a professional football player for the Baltimore Ravens. He was the number 27 pick in the 2025 NFL draft. He plays the safety position and spent the 2024 season as a junior for the Georgia Bulldogs in the Southeastern Conference (SEC). He is a native of Jefferson, Georgia, and attended Jefferson High School. He led his team to become the GHSA Class 4A state champions in 2020. For his performances, he was honored with the Georgia All-State Second Team Defense in 2020. Starks also competed in the Under Armour All-American Game in 2022. Starks was included in the 2023 Consensus All-America First Team and made it to the Athletic Freshman All-America First Team in 2022. In 2024, he was named to the AFCA and FWAA All-America First Team and to the AP, The Athletic, ESPN, CBS Sports, USA Today, and Walter Camp Second Team lists.

Malaki Starks committed to the Georgia Bulldogs in 2022 after graduating from high school. His notable achievement was winning the CFB National Championship as a freshman in 2022. He also earned Consensus All-America First Team honors in 2023. Throughout Malaki Starks's college football career, he has made 193 combined tackles in 42 games. This includes 123 solo tackles and 70 assisted tackles in his career as of 2024.
