WWE RAW: 5 things that could happen on the go home show of Money in the Bank (13 May 2019)

Could we see Styles reuniting The Club?
Could we see Styles reuniting The Club?

With the annual Money in the Bank PPV just one week away, we will witness the go-home RAW show for Money in the Bank from London, England, next week on June 13. The event would be pre-recorded, but with a lot of things happening onstage as well as offstage, expect WWE to pull off some crazy twists on next week's show.

Last week we saw the introduction of the highly debatable "wildcard" rule, and it would be interesting to see which superstars from SmackDown show up on RAW this week, and vice versa. Also, the Money in the Bank ladder match participants would be looking to get some momentum before their match next week.

In this article, let's take a look at 5 surprises that could happen on the go-home RAW episode of Money in the Bank next week. Feel free to share your thoughts and views about the current booking of WWE in the comments section below.

#5 Becky 2 Belts confronts Vince McMahon

Will the rating issue be addressed on TV?
Will the rating issue be addressed on TV?

This past week we saw The Big Dog, Roman Reigns, appear on RAW and confront The Boss, Vince McMahon. In the segment that saw Vince introducing the wildcard rule, Roman accused the chairman of ruining the show and reminded him of when he declared that there would be no authority, and fans would be the real bosses.

One major news that has been surfacing in the last few weeks is the major rating issue that WWE currently faces with RAW and SmackDown. The whole wildcard rule introduction merely weeks after the Superstar Shake-up is considered to be a panic move by WWE to save the ratings.

Earlier this year we saw Seth Rollins step-up and spit out some harsh truth about the company and its bookings in what seemed like a pipebomb sort of promo. Could we see another top superstar addressing the real-life issues faced by the company, blaming it on the chairman, and becoming a heroic figure for fans in the process?

If you look at the opening segment on RAW this past week, Vince acted like the evil maniac version of himself, while yelling "I'm brilliant!", trolling all the fans and critics that have been blaming him for the poor ratings of the weekly shows.

Becky Lynch has lost some of her energy after winning both titles at WrestleMania, and her confronting Vince and laying out some sort of pipebomb would again skyrocket her popularity to the top.

#4 Bray Wyatt introduces Harper in his Firefly Funhouse

Bray Wyatt's Firefly Funhouse has been one of the best segments on RAW for the last couple of weeks. The sheer brilliance in the writing and presentation of those sweet-looking yet weird and creepy segments has made fans very excited as to where this whole thing is actually heading.

Last week we saw Mercy the Buzzard kill Ramblin' Rabbit, but Bray forgave it and compared murder to things like flying a kite and going on a picnic. Fans are already anticipating what could happen next week on his Funhouse.

In one of his tweets last week, Bray mentioned that he is working on getting Harper on his Funhouse when asked by a fan. Harper, as we know, was a part of the Wyatt Family. But could we see the two former stablemates coming back together again?

Bray has constantly been telling us that "all you have to do, is let me in!", could he convince Harper to actually do that?

#3 AJ turns heel and lays out Rollins

Styles hit Rollins during their match last week!
Styles hit Rollins during their match last week!

In a very repetitive and predictable booking, Vince booked AJ Styles and Seth Rollins together in a tag team match against Baron Corbin and Bobby Lashley, just two weeks before their epic clash at Money in the Bank for the Universal Championship.

The ending of the match saw Styles accidentally hit Seth with the Phenomenal Forearm and then out of frustration left the ring mid-match, leading to Corbin hitting Seth with End of Days and pinning the Universal Champion.

Rollins surely would not be in a good mood next week on RAW and would be dying to get his hands on AJ. But what if two unexpected guests come and attack him next week on RAW when he calls out AJ, and then the Phenomenal One makes his entry and lays Rollins down?

Yes, I'm talking about AJ turning heel and reuniting the Club to get an upper hand on Rollins. With Dean gone, and Roman on SmackDown, how will Seth cope up with the onslaught of this trio?

#2 Samoa Joe attacks Dominic backstage

This should be interesting!
This should be interesting!

Two weeks ago, Rey Mysterio rolled up the United States Champion, Samoa Joe, in their singles match on RAW to pick up a surprising victory. That victory resulted in him being named Joe's opponent at MITB for the United States title.

Earlier this week on RAW, we saw Joe confront Mysterio's son, Dominic, in a backstage segment and threaten him and Rey with regards the match at Money in the Bank.

If the rumors are to be believed, Dominic has officially signed a contract with WWE, and if that is indeed true, and considering last week's confrontation between he and Joe, we might actually see Dominic and Joe have a rivalry of their own.

What better way to sow the seeds for that feud as well as make Joe's current rivalry with Rey personal than letting Joe physically attack Dominic next week on RAW? I can surely imagine a nasty heel like Joe pulling this off.

#1 SmackDown's Money in the Bank participants show up on RAW

Go-home-show ending with an all-out brawl? Yes Please!
Go-home-show ending with an all-out brawl? Yes Please!

We are just one week away from this year's WWE Money in the Bank ladder match and the go-home show for the PPV should be centered around this match, in my opinion. The main event should focus on hyping up the importance of winning this match and how much it means to these wrestlers.

A confrontation between all these superstars leading to a massive brawl would be an epic way to end this week's RAW episode. How do we set it up? A fatal-4-way between the RAW MITB participants as the main event. During the ending moments of the match, the SmackDown MITB participants show up and we get a massive brawl between all 8 participants.

Everyone could hit their finishers until just one superstar is left standing. A SmackDown star standing tall to close RAW and gaining momentum before Sunday's PPV should be the ideal booking. Someone like Finn Balor closing the show on top would send fans back home happy.
