Welcome to our daily transfer round-up. As always, we have compiled some of the best transfer rumours doing the rounds. Real Madrid are no longer interested in signing a certain Serie A star, and that could make things easier for Manchester United.
Arsenal are interested in signing a Ligue 1 striker, and are ready to spend big on him.
Here are the transfer rumours doing the rounds on July 14th:
Serie A
West Ham have seemingly agreed a fee of €30m with AC Milan for Colombian star Carlos Bacca. The Hammers, however, haven’t agreed personal terms with the player yet, reports Gazzetta dello Sport. The player could inform his decision tomorrow to West Ham.
Napoli are close to completing a deal for Emanuele Giaccherini. According to Alfredo Pedulla, Napoli could announce the deal for the Sunderland star in the next few hours. A transfer fee of €2 million was agreed between both the clubs.
According to Marca, Real Madrid weren’t impressed with Paul Pogba’s performances during the Euros. The La Liga giants feel the player is not worth the money demanded by his club Juventus for his services.
English Premier League
Everton star John Stones is a transfer target for Manchester City. According to The Mirror, Pep Guardiola’s team must pay a world-record fee for a defender to complete the signing of the English defender.
Jose Mourinho could allow Memphis Depay to leave Old Trafford this summer. Barcelona could be interested in signing the Dutch winger, reports The Telegraph. Depay signed for Manchester United last summer.
Arsenal has been strongly linked to Gonzalo Higuain in the last couple of days. According to The Express, Arsene Wenger is also looking to sign French striker Alexandre Lacazette and is ready to spend €50 million on the player.
La Liga
AS Roma are interested in signing Real Madrid defender Nacho Fernandez, and could make an offer in the next couple of days, reports Sport Italia. The Serie A club have already met the player’s representatives and have got a positive response.
Valencia star Pablo Piatti is expected to leave the club this summer. According to TV3, the Argentine player is on the verge of signing for Espanyol, and a deal could be completed soon.
Barcelona star Cristian Tello could be joining Tottenham this summer, reports Daily Star. Liverpool and Swansea were also interested in the Spaniard, but it now appears he set to reject them for the North London club.
Rest of Europe
According to Kicker, Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing both Mario Götze and Andre Schürrle. In fact, Dortmund have already agreed a five-year contract with Schürrle, and it’s very likely they’ll also agree to a deal for Gotze.
Manchester City are interested in signing German winger Leroy Sane, and could offer as much as €55m, reports Bild. The player is also keen on signing for Manchester City this summer rather than waiting for Bayern to sign him next summer.
According to Sky Germany, Bayern Munich are interested in signing Napoli star Kalidou Koulibaly, and have already contacted his representatives. The Bundesliga side are now expected to contact Napoli.
