5 predictions for the Raw and SmackDown episodes before Survivor Series 2018

Swerves we might see on the Survivor Series go-home shows of Raw and SmackDown Live

We're just one week away from one of WWE's big four PPV's - Survivor Series. The PPV is already guaranteed to be one of the best in recent history as Seth Rollins takes on Shinsuke Nakamura in a champion vs champion match, and Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch battle for the first time ever in a champion vs champion match as well.

This week WWE will deliver the final go-home shows of Raw and SmackDown Live before the Survivor Series PPV, and keeping that in mind, WWE must've planed a few surprises.

So lets take a look at things which might happen this week on the final episodes of Raw and SmackDown Live before Survivor Series.

#5 Dean Ambrose ambushes Seth Rollins AGAIN

Rollins has now made it clear he's done asking questions
Rollins has now made it clear he's done asking questions

Dean Ambrose turned heel on Seth Rollins a few weeks ago on Raw following their win over Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler for the Raw tag-team titles.

Last week on Raw, Seth Rollins came out on Raw to ask Dean why he attacked him. But instead, he was forced to defend the Raw tag-team titles in a 2-on-1 handicap match against AOP.

As witnessed, after Rollins lost the titles to AOP, Dean Ambrose came out and Rollins asked him why once again, but instead of answering, Ambrose attacked. Rollins has now made it clear that he's done asking questions.

This upcoming week on Raw you can expect Dean to come out again to attack Rollins, and since Rollins has said he's done asking questions, he will retaliate. But Dean still might get the upper hand.

#4 Charlotte Flair becomes the final member of Team SmackDown Live (women)

There is still one spot left on the women's team of SmackDown Live for Survivor Series. Also, we still haven't heard which women will lead team blue into Survivor Series.

Although there are quite a few women left on SD Live who can still fill the final spot on the team, such as Mandy Rose, Lana, and others, I guess it'll be Charlotte Flair who will fill the fifth and last spot, leading the team into Survivor Series, hopefully winning.

WWE is also advertising Charlotte Flair vs Becky Lynch once again. And I guess, the match might play an interesting role in their upcoming championship match next month at WWE TLC.

#3 A Braun Strowman face-off with Brock Lesnar

here is no chance we'll see them shaking hands
There is no chance we'll see them shaking hands

This upcoming week on Raw, WWE is advertising Brock Lesnar who'll be making an appearance on the final go-home show of Raw before the Survivor Series PPV, and it will be Lesnar's first appearance on WWE TV since WWE Crown Jewel.

Amidst the controversy in the WWE Universal Championship match at the Crown Jewel PPV, the chances of Braun Strowman coming face-to-face against Brock Lesnar are pretty good.

If these two monsters confront each other next week on Raw, there is no chance we'll see them shaking hands. Instead, we will possibly see the two monsters clashing.

So this upcoming week on Raw, you should be ready to see a preview of their possible upcoming match.

#2 Bobby Lashley and Finn Balor become the final members of Team Raw (men)

We will finally get to know the final two members of Team Raw
We will finally get to know the final two members of Team Raw

Bobby Lashley and Finn Balor are no strangers to one another. The two men have been fighting for a month now, and we haven't got a clear winner in the feud, despite the heel turn of Lashley.

And as you already know this upcoming week on Raw, we will finally get to know the final two members of Team Raw (men). And I guess it will be none other than Lashley and Balor, because as per the latest released poster of the Survivor Series PPV, both Lashley and Balor are on it.

So I guess this week on Raw, Baron Corbin might put them in a match to determine the fourth member, and instead of filling up the fourth spot, we might eventually see the fifth spot getting filled as well.

You can expect their match to possibly end in a DQ, which will eventually make these men fill the final two spots on Team Raw.

#1 Monday Night Raw invades SmackDown Live

The blue brand's superstars will suffer next week
The blue brand's superstars will suffer next week

Every year we see Raw invading SmackDown Live and vice-versa. But this year we still haven't seen any on the two brands laying a siege on the other.

The same will not continue on the go-home show of SD Live before Survivor Series. If WWE wants to hype up their PPV, then they better make this happen. And I guess, it'll be the blue brand's superstars who will suffer next week on their own show at the hands of the red brand's.

Both shows will take place in the same city, Kansas City, Missouri. So this week keep a close eye on SmackDown Live as the superstars of Raw might close the final show of SD Live before Survivor Series.
