WWE's next Premium Live Event is almost here, and Triple H aims to put on something special. This show is the 2024 King and Queen of the Ring, and it will air live from the Jeddah Super Dome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, May 25th.

So far, five matches have been announced for this big show. This includes two tournaments being wrapped up, as it will feature the crowning of a new King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring. Additionally, a handful of titles will be on the line, including the Women's World Championship.

Just five matches isn't a lot for a Premium Live Event, but it does fit in with Triple H's style of booking big shows. His TakeOver events often featured just five or six bouts, and it looks to be the same formula for the bulk of his main roster Premium Live Events moving forward.

Still, that's all guesswork, and many changes could be made to the card as soon as on RAW. This article will look at a handful of ways The Game can change the big show this weekend, including by adding bouts and even a major stipulation.

Below are four last-minute changes Triple H can make to the 2024 King and Queen of the Ring.

#4. Triple H could have Bayley defend her WWE Women's Championship

Bayley is the WWE Women's Champion. She won the 2024 Women's Royal Rumble Match to earn an opportunity at the prized belt. Bayley then went on to defeat IYO SKY to win the gold at WrestleMania.

The Role Model has defended her title twice thus far since her win at WrestleMania. She battled Naomi in a bout that didn't have a decisive winner on SmackDown and then both Naomi and Tiffany Stratton in a Triple Threat Match at Backlash France.

Triple H and WWE officials could decide that The Role Model should defend her title at the big event in Saudi Arabia. It could be against Naomi again, Tiffany Stratton in singles action, or even one of Chelsea Green or Piper Niven following their recent altercations.

#3. Triple H could give Ilja Dragunov a makegood match in light of backlash

Ilja Dragunov is a ferocious competitor who joined WWE's main roster courtesy of the 2024 Draft. Prior to this move, he was both an NXT Champion and an NXT UK Champion. The Mad Dragon has been dominant.

His run on RAW has already been exciting, but some WWE fans believe there's been a case of poor booking by Triple H. Ilja battled Jey Uso in a King of the Ring quarter-final match last week and while Dragunov had a great showing, he lost to Jey in the main event of the night.

Despite Jey's popularity, there was an outcry on social media regarding Dragunov's loss. In an effort to combat the negativity and provide a makegood, Ilja Dragunov could be added to the King and Queen of the Ring card. His opponent could be left a surprise just to add more intrigue ahead of Saturday.

#2. Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch's bout could get an added stipulation

Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch are two of the most talented wrestlers in WWE. Liv is a former champion and The Man is the current Women's World Champion. The two are on a collision course and will clash at the next Premium Live Event.

There is a chance that Triple H could step in and give this heated rivalry a stipulation for their match at the 2024 WWE King and Queen of the Ring. For example, they could have a Submission Match to capitalize on Liv's mean streak and Becky Lynch's masterful use of submissions.

The match could even be made a Loser Leaves Town bout. There is speculation that Becky hasn't yet signed a new contract and could be gone from the company in the coming weeks. If that's the case, this match stipulation could be used to write her off television.

#1. DIY could challenge A-Town Down Under

DIY is a popular WWE tag team that first got its start as a duo on the NXT brand. The pair were brought in as indie wrestlers with no official long-term deal but proved themselves over time and became a top duo on the brand.

Fast forward several years and the pairing of Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano are now on SmackDown. They defeated Angel and Berto on the blue brand's most recent episode and then teased a match with A-Town Down Under.

Triple H may decide to book the two teams for the Saudi Arabia Premium Live Event. Grayson Waller and Austin Theory could potentially put their WWE Tag Team Titles on the line against Johnny Wrestling and The Blackheart at the King and Queen of the Ring.
