Welcome to the latest edition of the daily WWE Rumor Roundup, where we aim to bring you the most prominent updates from the world of sports entertainment. In today's edition, we will examine exciting stories revolving around multi-time champions like Brock Lesnar, Becky Lynch, and Drew McIntyre.

There has been a lot of speculation regarding Drew McIntyre and what the future holds for him. The Scottish Warrior has been absent from TV since WrestleMania 39. While he has been drafted to RAW, he isn't advertised for any upcoming shows. Apart from that, we will also look at what the future holds for Randy Orton and Becky Lynch.

#3 Drew McIntyre will potentially leave WWE after his contract ends

According to current speculations, McIntyre may leave the company due to a salary dispute. Although the company hasn't confirmed McIntyre's departure, no updates on a new contract negotiation hint that there may be some undisclosed tension between the wrestler and the company. Here is what Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer stated:

''Because McIntyre right now is working with the idea there’s a good chance he’s finishing up, he could do a big program for the title as a challenger and finally leave.''

The potential departure of McIntyre would be a significant blow to the company. He has emerged as one of the most prominent figures in the industry in recent times, securing the WWE Championship twice and cementing his position as a main-event player. In essence, he was the driving force behind the company's success during the pandemic era.

#2 Possible plan for Randy Orton's return

Randy Orton has been out of action since last year, owing to a back injury. While it was initially believed that the former WWE Champion would be back for SummerSlam 2022, that did not materialize. Unfortunately, The Viper wasn't able to make it back in time for WrestleMania 39 either. However, he will eventually return.

Here is what Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer mentioned about Orton's potential return plans:

''Because McIntyre right now is working with the idea there’s a good chance he’s finishing up, he could do a big program for the title as a challenger and finally leave. Perhaps at that point Randy Orton could return.''

Orton's return to WWE would undoubtedly be a significant boost for the company, adding another big name to its already impressive roster. It remains to be seen when and where The Viper will return. But one thing is for sure - his presence will be felt in a big way, both in the ring and among the WWE Universe.

#1 Becky Lynch set to return on RAW

Becky Lynch has been absent from the ring since being assaulted by Trish Stratus a few weeks ago. The two participated in a WWE Women's Tag Team Championship match against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. But Stratus attacked Lynch after the duo lost the bout. In addition, the Canadian star admitted to being responsible for the earlier attack on Lita during the same night.

As per Reddit User u/kermit125, the former RAW Women's Champion is set to return to the red brand this week. Lynch's comeback would most likely kick off the buildup to her rumored match against Stratus.
