The Honkai Star Rail 2.0 update is a wealth of rich story quests, fresh gameplay elements, and a plethora of other exciting content, mostly associated with the Penacony region. The Light Cone Manifest Store also sees the introduction of new gear, which will equally benefit the upcoming units and current roster of the title.

Light Cones in Honkai Star Rail are one of the crucial pieces of equipment required to build a character, and having some free options is certainly a welcome addition to the game. This article lists all the new 4-star LCs featured in the manifest store, along with their passives and best characters.

All new Light Cone Manifest Store LCs and their best characters in Honkai Star Rail

1) What Is Real?

  • Path: Abundance
  • Passive: Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 24%. It also restores the character’s HP equal to 2.0% of their maximum health when they use Basic ATK.

As of writing, no healer in Honkai Star Rail is able to make use of the Break Effect stat. But it should work on someone like Luocha, who possesses an Ultimate that deals damage.

He can inflict Imaginary Weakness Break, benefiting from the stat to some extent. You are also likely to use his Basic ATK more often to consistently restore some HP.

2) Dreamville Adventure

  • Path: Harmony
  • Passive: When the wearer uses one of their abilities, all allies obtain Childishness. The status effect increases their DMG dealt for the corresponding ability by 12%. Childishness only takes effect for the most recent attack used by the wearer and is non stackable.

Here are the support characters in Honkai Star Rail that can benefit from the Dreamville Adventure:

  • Bronya
  • Hanya
  • Asta

Bronya is the perfect candidate to use the Light Cone, as she can constantly use her Skill to provide an extra turn to an ally while increasing the damage of their corresponding ability.

Similarly, Hanya and Asta have to consistently use their Skill to provide buffs for the next teammate. Hence, they will be able to consistently trigger the passive of Dreamville Adventure.

3) Final Victor

  • Path: The Hunt
  • Passive: Increases the wielder’s ATK by 12% and generates a Good Fortune stack up to four times when they land a CRIT hit. Each stack increases the character’s CRIT DMG by 8%, and the effect is removed at the end of their turn.

The Final Victor is a neutral Light Cone that can be used by any Honkai Star Rail unit that follows The Hunt Path.

  • Dan Heng
  • Seele
  • Sushang
  • Yanqing
  • Dr. Ratio
  • Topaz

Yanqing seems to be the ideal character, as his multi-hit single-target attack will allow him to obtain all four Good Fortune stacks.

As for Dr. Ratio and Topaz, they have access to consistent follow-up attacks that will seamlessly stack the passive effect, allowing them to unleash massive damage by the end of their turn.

4) Flames Afar

  • Path: Destruction
  • Passive: Immediately heals the wearer for 15% of their Max HP when they lose 25% of their health. Their DMG is further increased by 25% for two turns.

Currently, Blade is the only proper HP scaling Destruction unit in the game, which makes him ideal for welding Flames Afar. Since he also consumes his own HP to unleash his enhanced Basic ATK, the extra healing from the Light Cone will keep him sustained throughout the battle.

5) Destiny’s Thread Forewoven

  • Path: Preservation
  • Passive: Increases the wearer's Effect RES by 12%. It further boosts their DMG deals by 0.8%, up to a maximum increase of 32% for every 100 DEF they possess.

HoYoverse has yet to release a tank in Honkai Star Rail that deals damage properly to benefit from this Light Cone’s passive.

Nevertheless, Fire Trailblazer is seemingly the most suitable unit for Destiny’s Thread Forewoven, as it can boost their Ultimate’s DMG.

6) The Day The Cosmos Fell

  • Path: Erudition
  • Passive: Boosts the equipping character’s ATK by 16%. When they use an attack and at least two targets have the corresponding Weakness, the character’s CRIT DMG increases by 20%, lasting for two turns.

This Light Cone can be used on a bunch of Erudition characters, which are as follows:

  • Argenti
  • Jing Yuan
  • Serval
  • Qingque

The Day The Cosmos Fell is arguably one of the best accessible Light Cones for Argenti in Honkai Star Rail since he is meant to be used against multiple targets. This will allow him to effectively obtain the CRIT DMG boost from the passive.

7) It’s Showtime

  • Path: Nihility
  • Passive: When the wearer inflicts a debuff on a target, they gain a Trick stack. Every stack of the effect boosts their DMG dealt by 6%, stacking up to three times. Their ATK is further boosted by 20% when their Effect Hit Rate is 80% or higher.

Listed below are the best characters for It’s Showtime:

  • Kafka
  • Black Swan
  • Sampo
  • Guinaifen
  • Welt

Basically, any Nihility character in Honkai Star Rail that applies DoT (Damage over Time), such as Kafka or Black Swan, will benefit from the Light Cone, as they require the Effect Hit Rate to apply the negative effect.
