Murray was selected seventh overall in the 2016 NBA Draft by the Denver Nuggets, Murray quickly established a formidable partnership with Nikola Jokic. The Two Wxy v3 shoe line catered towards Murray has multiple cool shoes most of whom are inspired by his personal preference and likeness. His deal with New Balance was surprising for many, but the Denver Nuggets point guard wanted to do something different as he said in an interview sometime after the announcement on Twitter went viral.

By signing Jamal Murray to endorse their products on and off-court through exclusive sneaker releases and marketing campaigns geared towards engaging fans worldwide, New Balance aims to tap into new markets while expanding its influence among younger generations who admire top-tier athletes.

The shoe debuts in two colorways, Bullseye, and Ultra Pink, with additional team colorways expected. The Bullseye colorway pays homage to Murray’s alter ego, the "Blue Arrow", featuring a red "X" under the laces. Meanwhile, the Ultra Pink colorway blends vibrant cotton candy-inspired tones.
