8 things Ronda Rousey hasn't done in WWE

Ronda Rousey made a stunning return to WWE after nearly three years to win the Women's Royal Rumble and cement a spot in the main event of Wrestlemania. The former UFC star is no stranger to the Grandest Stage of them All, as she was part of the first-ever women's WrestleMania main event in WWE history in 2019.

The Rowdy One has accomplished a lot in WWE in a relatively short time. Due to her immense popularity in combat sports, she was strapped with a rocket almost immediately after debuting for the company.

However, superstardom and a push right to the top of the card meant that she missed out on many traditional milestones along the way. Here are eight things that Ronda Rousey has yet to do in WWE.

#8 Ronda Rousey is yet to make an appearance on SmackDown

Ronda Rousey made her WWE debut in 2018 and immediately got involved in a storyline with Stephanie McMahon. It eventually led to a mixed tag team match as she teamed up with WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle to battle the team of Stephanie and Triple H at Wrestlemania 34.

The entire storyline took place on the RAW brand. Months later at Summerslam, she defeated Alexa Bliss by submission to win the RAW Women's championship. Rousey held the title until WrestleMania 35 and never left the red brand because of it.

On the latest episode of Monday Night RAW, Rousey informed the current RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch that she would be announcing her decision of who she would be facing at WrestleMania this Friday, which will be her first appearance on Smackdown. This will be one more notch on Rousey's belt.

#7 Ronda Rousey hasn't won the SmackDown Women's Championship

As mentioned, Ronda Rousey has never been on the blue brand, and so never got a chance to compete for the SmackDown Women's Championship in a singles match. Judging by her comments on RAW after returning, it seems she could be going after reigning SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair.

The Queen and The Rowdy One are no strangers to one another, as both were involved in the Triple Threat match at WrestleMania 35. In that instance, both walked in as champions, but neither walked out with a title.

Flair and Rousey also faced each in singles action at Survivor Series 2018. The match ended in a disqualification after Flair lost her temper and launched a brutal assault on Rousey with kendo sticks and a steel chair.

Fast forward to the 2022 Women's Royal Rumble, where the two faced off as the final participants in the match. If reports are true and Rousey's current run is as a free agent between brands, fans may be in for another clash over the SmackDown Women's Championship. That would give Rousey the chance to add another title to her cabinet.

#6 Ronda Rousey hasn't won the Queen's crown tournament

Ronda Rousey was on hiatus from WWE for close to three years. Despite her absence, WWE's women's division continued to flourish. After the additions of the Women's Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank matches, a tournament identical to the King of the Ring called Queen's Crown finally saw the light of the day.

In October of last year, eight superstars from SmackDown and RAW competed in the first-ever Queen's Crown tournament, with the finals taking place at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. SmackDown's Zelina Vega defeated RAW's Doudrop in the finals to become the inaugural winner of the tournament.

It is true that the Queen's Crown did not live up to the expectations of fans. Due to the extremely short matches, the entire tournament did not even last a total of 20 minutes. However, it remains a groundbreaking initiative, and we can certainly hope for improvements when the tournament returns in 2022.

If a star such as Rousey is involved, it will certainly provide a massive boost to the Queen's Crown, and it could turn out to be another feather in the cap for The Rowdy One.

#5 Ronda Rousey is yet to participate in the Women's Elimination Chamber

Ronda Rousey is one of the best to ever step foot into an octagon. Known as The Baddest Woman on the Planet, many that entered the cage with her in the UFC have suffered her wrath firsthand.

Similarly, many women in WWE would be intimidated if forced to tangle with her in the Elimination Chamber. To date, Ronda has not entered one, but that will certainly change in the future.

The First-Ever Women's Elimination Chamber was held in 2018. In that historic match, Alexa Bliss retained her RAW Women's Championship over Sasha Banks, Bayley, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, and Mickie James. It is almost a certainty that Rousey would feel at home in the unforgiving Chamber.

#4 Ronda Rousey is yet to participate in Hell In a Cell

Another match that would probably be in Rousey's comfort zone is Hell in a Cell. The first-ever Women's Hell in a Cell match was held in 2016, in which Charlotte Flair defeated Sasha Banks for the RAW Women's Championship.

It's almost surprising that Rousey has never taken part in these matches, as they came into existence long before her debut in the WWE. Given her history and rivalries with top superstars such as Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch, the company can definitely look forward to utilizing her in such matches in the near future.

#3 Ronda Rousey hasn't won Women's Tag Team Championships

Ronda Rousey has teamed up with superstars like Natalya, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and The Bella Twins in the past. However, she has never competed for the Women's Tag Team championships.

If Rousey reunites with Shayna Baszler, it could bolster the women's tag division. The two had an interaction after the Royal Rumble match, and with The Rowdy One set to appear on the blue brand, it's not out of the realm of possibility that they could team up. If that happens, could we see them chase down the WWE Women's Tag Team titles?

#2 Ronda Rousey hasn't participated in a Money in the Bank ladder match

Ronda Rousey is no stranger to Money in the Bank, as she witnessed a cash-in firsthand at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view in 2018. The Rowdy One battled Nia Jax for the RAW Women's Championship at that show, and just as she was about to clinch the win, then-Ms. Money in the Bank Alexa Bliss cashed in her briefcase.

The match between Jax and Rousey ended in disqualification after Bliss attacked the latter. The Five Feet of Fury then pinned Nia Jax to win the title. While The Baddest Woman on the Planet might not require a briefcase to win titles, it would almost be poetic justice if she cashes in to win one.

#1 Ronda Rousey is yet to defeat Becky Lynch

Ronda Rousey, Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch made history with the first-ever women's main event at WrestleMania. It's no surprise, since the three superstars are considered pillars of WWE's women's revolution. However, there is no denying the animosity that exists between them.

After winning the 2022 Women's Royal Rumble, The Rowdy One made an appearance on the latest episode of Monday Night RAW. She was confronted by Big Time Becks, who was looking for an answer as to who Ronda would face at Wrestlemania. Rousey put her down and had her in position for The Armbar before stating that she would announce her decision this Friday.

Ronda Rousey has picked up wins over three of the four WWE Horsewomen in Bayley, Sasha Banks, and Charlotte Flair. She has also defeated the likes of Alexa Bliss, Nikki Bella, and Mickie James.

However, The Man and The Baddest Woman on the Planet have never faced each other in singles competition. Fans have been clamoring for a match between the two, but if reports are to be believed, we might have to wait one more year for that to happen.
