Born on April 8, 1995 in Ohrid, Macedonia, Cedi Osman is a Turkish basketball player who plays for the San Antonio Spurs as a small forward. Now in his seventh NBA season, Osman was drafted 31st overall by the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2015. Osman’s basketball journey began at KK Bosna’s youth teams in 2001.

Before the NBA, Osman’s contribution to Anadolu Efes made a mark in Turkish basketball and he was recognized through his accolades and performances. He was named BSL All-Star three times (2015 to 2017), and also won the Turkish Cup and the Turkish Super Cup in 2015 with Anadolu Efes.

Osman has also had a successful international career with the Turkish national team, winning the European U-20 championship and the U18 championship in 2013 and the 2012 Albert Schweitzer Tournament, where he won the bronze medal and the Most Talented Player award.
