Quentin Grimes is an American shooting guard for the New York Knicks in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Born May 8, 2000, in Houston, Grimes attended The Woodlands College Park High School in The Woodlands in Texas, and graduated in 2018.

Grimes notched up 2,863 points, 854 rebounds, 582 assists, 213 steals, and 127 blocks in total during his high school career. He was named the All-Greater Houston Player of the Year, the Gatorade State Player of the Year, and a McDonald's All-American. For college, Grimes played basketball for two teams, the Kansas Jayhawks and the Houston Cougars.

Grimes was drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers in the 2021 NBA Draft with the 25th pick. However, he was later traded to the New York Knicks.

Internationally, Grimes has played for the United States. Right out of high school, he represented the US at the 2018 FIBA Americas U18 Championship, where he won the gold and was named the MVP of the tournament.
