Brandin Podziemski is an American Basketball player of Polish origin and was born on February 25, 2003. He initially played for Illinois before transferring to the Santa Clara Broncos of the West Coast Conference where he played Shooting Guard. He is currently listed at 6 ‘5 tall and weighs about 205 lbs.

Podziemski spent his childhood in Muskego, Wisconsin where he went to St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy. As a freshman, Podziemski didn’t play for his Varsity team, but then he shocked everyone with the jump he made his sophomore year averaging 22.5 points and 9.3 rebounds and being named first team All-state. Podziemski continued his meteoric rise in his junior year averaging 27.5 points and 9.2 rebounds while being named to the first team All-state again. By his senior year, Brandin Podziemski firmly cemented himself as one of the best players in his class averaging 35.1 points, 10.0 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 4 steals while being named Wisconsin Mr. Basketball. For his efforts, Podziemski was rated a four-star recruit coming out of high school and chose Illinois over offers from Kentucky, Miami, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest.

Podziemski played one season for Illinois, averaging 1.4 points in 16 games off the bench before entering the NCAA transfer portal where he joined Santa Clara. He averaged 19.9 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.7 assists and was named WCC co-Player of the Year, sharing the award with Drew Timme of Gonzaga.

Brandin Podziemski was born to John Podziemski and his mother Barbara West on February 25 2003. He has a younger sister, Gabriella Podziemski. Brandin credits both his parents for giving him the right perspective ever since he was young. Brandin’s father John envisioned him being a baseball player. Through seventh grade, baseball was Brandin’s main sport and he hadn’t played organised basketball till then. Brandin then switched sports to basketball claiming that’s where his true love was. Podziemski’s parents generally keep a low profile and continue showing their love, affection and support to their son. ‘He’s a blue-collared hard-working kid and we couldn’t be more proud of him’ says Brandin’s father, John. Brandin Podziemski is also not rumoured to be dating anyone at the moment.
