Deep cold oceans are an Overworld biome and it is found deep underwater in cold oceans. There is very little vegetation and mobs in this biome. The water is dark indigo in color similar to a cold ocean biome and players can find a lot of exposed ore blocks the deeper they go.
Deep cold oceans have water that is darker compared to cold oceans and have a darker indigo tint to them. Players can easily identify a deep cold ocean biome if they see the ocean bed covered with gravel and some ore blocks. Vegetation and wildlife are quite scarce giving the deep cold ocean a barren and deserted feel.
Unlike cold oceans deep cold ocean biome barely has any vegetation and mob spawns. Both hostile and passive mob spawns are low in number if any at all.
Deep cold oceans are a variant of oceans that are found around cold biomes such as taigas, old-growth taigas, and cold taigas. The water looks a bit different from regular oceans and mob spawns are heavily reduced. The color of the water is dark indigo in color.
