As a collegiate athlete with the South Carolina Gamecocks in the Southeastern Conference (SEC), he achieved considerable fame. Jackson, considered to be the best prospect for the class of 2023, earned a well-deserved five-star rating.

Jackson made a difficult choice throughout his extraordinary journey after obtaining alluring offers from Auburn, Duke, Georgetown, and South Carolina. GG Jackson’s father’s name is Gregory Jackson. His dad used to play as the defensive end in high school football and his mother ran track at one of her schools. GG’s mother's name is LaKeysha Alston. They are always courtside and supporting their son through every game he plays. His Dad ,Greg, has done multiple interviews for his son. There is no doubt that GG’s parents love him and support him with everything they have.
