Caris Coleman LeVert is an American basketball player who plays for the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA as of March 2025. LeVert was selected as the 20th overall pick in the first round of the 2016 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers. However, he was traded to the Brooklyn Nets in exchange for Thaddeus Young. During his time with the Nets, LeVert played for the first two seasons in the NBA, but injuries plagued him during his third and fourth years with the Nets. In February 2022, Caris LeVert was one of the pieces of the infamous "Harden trade" to the Nets and was traded to the Indiana Pacers, who soon traded him to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

In the 2023/24 NBA regular season, LeVert averaged 14.0 points, 4.1 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.1 steals. He shot 42.1% from the field, including 32.5% from beyond the arc. Before the NBA, LeVert had a solid four-year career at the University of Michigan. He was a key part of the Wolverines team that reached the 2013 March Madness championship game, although they lost against Louisville Cardinals.
