Hunter Tyson is an American professional basketball player for the Denver Nuggets in the NBA. He was born on June 13, 2000, in Monroe, North Carolina, and played college basketball at Clemson University. The Oklahoma City Thunder drafted Hunter Tyson in the second round of the 2023 NBA Draft as the 37th overall pick. However, he was later traded to the Denver Nuggets.

Standing at 6 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 215 pounds, Tyson primarily plays as a small forward and power forward. During his time at Clemson University, Tyson averaged 10 points and 5.5 rebounds per game during his senior year. He was named First-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference in 2023.
