On Saturday Myles Garrett said he wanted to "dominate" at the NFL Scouting Combine, adding: "I feel like I'm the best player in the draft."

A day later, the Texas A&M defensive end proved that, at least in terms of freakish athletic ability, no one else is anywhere close to Garrett in this year's draft.

In fact, his unique combination of size, strength, speed and leaping ability make him one of the most astounding athletes to ever attend the Combine.

After running a 4.64-second 40-yard dash, a crazy fast time for a 6ft 5in, 272-pound player, Garrett soared for a 41-inch vertical leap.

To put that in perspective, basketball legend Julius "Dr. J" Erving had a vertical leap of 41 inches. Prolific dunker Vince Carter — who once jumped over the head of a 7ft 2in center for a dunk — had a 43-inch vertical leap.

Oh, Garrett's broad jump rocked, too.

For some perspective on all those numbers, here's a little infographic from NFL Research:

The Cleveland Browns hold the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft, and just in case they need any advice, the Texas A&M athletic department sent out this helpful reminder of Garrett's resumé.

If the Browns don't pick Garrett, there will be some explaining to do for long-suffering Browns fans.
