Wentz proposes to girlfriend after Super Bowl: 'Now we both got us a ring'
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz proposed to his girlfriend in a romantic setting, proudly proclaiming they now both have rings.
It's been a good few days for Carson Wentz.
The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback, who was sidelined at Super Bowl LII because of an ACL tear, proposed to his girlfriend and proudly proclaimed, "Now Maddie and I both got us a ring."
Even though Wentz was unable to play in the Eagles' 41-33 win over the New England Patriots on Sunday, he was instrumental in getting the team into playoff contention.
Before he tore his ACL in December, Wentz led Philadelphia to an 11-2 record and threw for 3,296 yards, 33 touchdowns and had a 101.9 quarterback rating.
