Bryan Cook is an American football safety for the Kansas City Chiefs as of the 2024 NFL season. The Kansas City Chiefs selected him with the 62nd overall pick in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Cook is a two-time Super Bowl (LVII, LVIII) winner making an appearance in both of them. Growing up in Cincinnati, he attended Mount Healthy High School. Cook was a part of the SWOC Championship teams for consecutive years.
Earning an Honourable Mention Associated Press All-Southwest District and First-Team All-Southwest Ohio Conference he committed to Howard University in 2017. According to the official website of Cincinnati Bearcats, Cook recorded 93 total and 77 solo tackles in his two years at Howard. He committed to his home state playing for the Bearcats in 2019. Having to sit out in his freshman season due to NCAA rules, Cook made 10 appearances in 2020. Cook was invited to Reese’s Senior Bowl and also had an All-AAC First Team selection before registering for the NFL Draft in 2021.
