Devin Singletary, an American football running back, currently representing the Houston Texans in the National Football League. Before joining the Texans, he spent his initial four seasons with the Buffalo Bills. In the 2023 campaign, Singletary showcased his true potential by recording a career-high 898 rushing yards across all 17 games. His outstanding performance in Week 10 against the Cincinnati Bengals earned him the title of AFC Offensive Player of the Week. Although it took some time for the Singletary to fully exhibit his skills, he has since demonstrated consistent performance, further solidifying his presence and impact in the league.

Singletary laid the foundation of his football journey at American Heritage School in Delray Beach, Florida, where he played high school football. Concluding his high school career, he fell a little short of achieving the 5,000 yards milestone, however, his exceptional performance earned him two First-Team All-State selections. As a three-star recruit, he committed to playing college football at Florida Atlantic University, continuing his football journey.

During his tenure at Florida Atlantic, Singletary eclipsed the 4,000-yard mark, securing over 1,000 rushing yards during each season and recording 66 touchdowns. He concluded his collegiate career as FAU's all-time rusher and with the sixth-most rushing touchdowns in FBS history.

Singletary was selected as the 74th pick in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills. He officially made his NFL debut with the Bills against the New York Jets in 2019. After spending four seasons with the Bills, he joined the Texans in 2023. Subsequently, he signed a one-year contract with the team valued at $2.75 million, including a signing bonus of $1,000,000, a guaranteed amount of $2,500,000 and an average annual salary of $2,750,000.
