Kyle James Allen is an American football quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2024 NFL season. He went undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft, but was signed by the Carolina Panthers and eventually made it to the 50-man active roster. After spending two seasons on the roster, he was traded to the Washington Commanders in 2020. However, due to a foot injury, he barely played six games and signed with the Houston Texans in 2022 for a season. He eventually played with the Buffalo Bills in 2023 and then with the Pittsburgh Steelers in April 2024. He had a 7-12 record after playing in 31 games, starting 19 of them, and completing 442 passes on 705 attempts for 4,753 yards and 26 touchdowns in his seven-year career in the NBA, as of December 2024.

While attending Desert Mountain High School, Allen passed for more than 8,000 yards and 86 touchdowns. After being rated as a five-star recruit, he enrolled at Texas A&M University in 2014. He played for two seasons before joining the University of Houston in 2016, but NCAA regulations required him to sit out. He completed 358 of 580 passes for 4,283 passing yards and 37 touchdowns during his time in college.
