The Eagles selected Johnson in the first round, choosing him fourth overall in the 2013 NFL Draft. The long-time right tackle became a Super Bowl champion with the Eagles in Super Bowl LII. Johnson is a five-time All-Pro (twice First-Team and three times Second-Team) and a six-time Pro Bowler.

Before entering the NFL, Johnson played college football at Kilgore College in 2008 before transferring to the University of Oklahoma, where he played from 2009 to 2012. Prior to committing to Kilgore, Johnson attended Groveton High School, where he played football and participated in track.
