Stephon Gilmore is an American football cornerback who plays for the Minnesota Vikings in January 2025. The Bills drafted him as the 10th overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. Gilmore appeared in 68 games over four seasons for the Bills before transferring to the New England Patriots in 2017. Winning the Super Bowl in the 2018 season, Gilmore was a part of all three playoff games that season. Gilmore also led the league in passes defended (20) and interceptions (6) in 2019. Gilmore grew up in South Carolina attending South Pointe High School in Rock Hill. He helped his team to a SCHSL AAAA Division II title.
