Tyreek Hill purchased his new Miami mansion for $6.9 million by paying the full price straight up as per the Realtor website. In his Youtube channel, Hill has uploaded a video giving a house tour and he says that this house is one of the best ones that he has ever lived in.
The first thing which catches the eye is the huge motor court which can easily house several cars. In addition, garage spaces can be seen on either side. Leading up to the is a small island in the middle housing a fountain, and the entrance is flanked by four big, two-storey tall columns.
The house which was built in 2007 has 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. It is built on an area of 9,326 square feet. The main floor consists of a family room which Hill said will get a large floor-to-ceiling high fish tank for his sharks. The master bedroom has a great view of the swimming pool, outdoor basketball court and the whole house in general. Across the master bedroom is his office where he gets all of his off the field deals done.
The kitchen is an open area with sufficient space and a small island in the middle. There is a pool table and darts room next to the kitchen, while the other side of the kitchen has another living room space to hang out and watch tv.
The upper floor has 5 more bedrooms in addition to a mini theater and a podcast room where Hill and his team work on everything that he films.
Moving to the back of the house, there are tons of amenities to keep him and his family busy. The house has a nice swimming pool, followed by a mini putt-putt area to the left, while the right has a full-size basketball court which he also uses for some family events. Further back towards the end of the area are a couple of guest houses for family and friends.

All in all, Tyreek Hill has found himself a classy, yet modern home and is definitely a house that he can enjoy for the next few years. Whether Tyreek extends his contract with the Dolphins after 2025 or he signs with a different team will be interesting to see. As for now, Miami is his home and the Dolphins are his team.
