Azareye'h Thomas is an American defensive back who played three years for the Florida State Seminoles from 2022 to 2024. He hails from Niceville, Florida, and attended Niceville High School. Throughout his high school, Azareye'h was a versatile player on both offense and defense. Rivals ranked him as a consensus four-star prospect, and he was rated as the No. 5 player in the nation and the No. 11 prospect in Florida. As a senior, Azareye'h accumulated 421 rushing yards, 8.6 yards a carry, 33 receptions for 438 yards, and 17 total touchdowns. Defensively, he made two interceptions and a fumble recovery. Azareye'h led Niceville to the district championships and also qualified for the playoffs. After his successful high school career, Azareye'h committed to Florida State University in 2022.

Azareye'h Thomas had a remarkable start to his collegiate career at Florida State Seminoles. In 2023, he played in all 14 games and started once, recording 29 tackles, including 4.5 for loss, along with 10 pass breakups, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery. His pass-breakup ratio tied him for fourth in the ACC that season. In the Orange Bowl against No. 6 Georgia, he registered five tackles and a pass breakup. He performed consistently against some of the top-ranked teams, such as No. 5 LSU and No. 14 Louisville. Thomas played in 11 games during the 2022 season, made 14 tackles with 2.0 for a loss, and recorded his first collegiate interception. Last season, as a junior, Thomas recorded a career-high 53 total tackles and declared for the 2025 NFL Draft (via tomahawknation).
