Daijahn Anthony played his college football for the Ole Miss Rebels and was the safety for his team. He initially started his college football career playing for Shepherd University In 2019 and spent two seasons (2019 and 2020) with the team before moving on to Liberty Flames where he played for two seasons (2021 and 2022). For his final football season, Anthony transferred to the Miss Rebels.

Anthony started his college football career playing for Shepherd University and did not play a single game in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, he transferred and played as a cornerback for the Liberty Flames. In his second season with the Liberty Flames in 2022, Anthony showed improvement as he recorded 27 tackles (19 solo, 8 assisted) 0.5 tackles for loss, 2 interceptions, and four pass deflections. After the conclusion of the 2022 season, Anthony transferred to the University of Mississippi and had his best season statistically.

In 2023, Anthony played as a safety for the Ole Rebels and played in 13 games while starting for 10. He finished fourth on the team with 61 tackles (28 solo, 33 assisted), had 3 interceptions, 8 pass deflections, 2.5 tackles for loss, and forced his first career fumble.
