DeAndre Hopkins is an American professional football wide receiver currently playing for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League.


Hopkins was born in Clemson, California and attended D. W. Daniel High School, in Central, South Carolina. where he participated in several sports, including football, basketball and track and field. During his senior year, the Lions secured their third South Carolina State Championship and Hopkins was awarded the title of the Independent Mail’s Player of the Year. Concluding his high school career with 57 receptions for 1,266 yards and 18 touchdowns on offense and 28 interceptions and five touchdowns on defense, Hopkins earned the 12th spot as the best wide receiver in the nation and the State of South Carolina.


Subsequent to high school, Hopkins attended Clemson University and committed to playing football for the Clemson Tigers. He continued to impress everyone with his skills and expertise, setting a new record as Clemson’s Receiver with 206 receptions, the most in the university’s history just behind Aaron Kelly.


After his time at Clemson, Hopkins was selected as the 27th overall pick by the Houston Texans in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Before joining the Tennessee Titans in 2023, he played for two other NFL teams: the Houston Texans and the Arizona Cardinals. From earning the NFL All-Rookie team for his debut season to receiving five Pro Bowl selections, Hopkins has consistently demonstrated magnificent potential.

While she survived the fatal attack, it unfortunately left her with complete blindness and anxiety. Greenlee was deeply shaken by this incident but she stood strong and became an inspiration for everyone.
