D.J. Humphries is an American football offensive tackle playing for the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2025 NFL season. The 6ft 5inch tackle was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals as the 24th overall pick in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He has spent almost a decade in the league, spending almost the entirety of his career with the Cardinals. As of February 2025, Humphries has started in all 100 games of his NFL career (via Pro Football Reference).

According to the Chiefs website, Humphries played three seasons of college football with the Florida Gators. He appeared in 30 games for the program before announcing himself for the 2015 NFL Draft following his junior year. He went to the Mallard Creek High School where he was a three-sport athlete. Humphries was rated a five-star recruit and was rated the No.2 prospect by Rivals (via the Florida Gators website).
