Jared Verse is an American NFL linebacker for the Los Angeles Rams as of the 2024 NFL season. He was selected by the Rams with the 19th overall pick in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. According to Spotrac, he signed a four-year rookie contract $15,134,346 with the Rams in May 2024. As of Week 18, 2024, with 66 total tackles, 4.5 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and 2 fumble recoveries, he earned a Pro Bowl selection for his performance in his rookie season (via Pro Football Reference).

Born in Dayton, Ohio, and grew up in Berwick, Pennsylvania, Jared started his football journey at Central Columbia High School. In 2018, Jared Verse committed to playing college football for the University at Albany Great Danes, competing at the NCAA Division I level. He decided to continue his football journey by transferring to Florida State University in 2022 playing with the Seminoles. After his impressive season at Florida State, he was declared for the 2024 NFL draft in December 2023.
