Jaylin Noel is a collegiate football wide receiver who played for Iowa State University from 2021 to 2024. He is a native of Kansas City, Missouri, he attended Park Hill High School. During his four-year career with the Cyclones, he appeared in 51 games, recording a total of 245 receptions for 2,855 yards and 18 touchdowns. Noel is second all-time in receptions and fourth all-time in receiving yards and touchdown receptions in the history of the program.
