T.J. Edwards Parents

Illinois-born football linebacker T.J. Edwards was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted player. While he only started four games in his rookie year, Edwards straight away became a starter the following year appearing in all 12 games. Edwards also led the Eagles in terms of total tackles made (159) which is also the second most recorded by an Eagles player in the 2022 season. Edwards signed a three-year contract worth $19.5 million with the Bears in 2023. In his debut year at Chicago, he started all 17 games leading the team with 155 total tackles (91 solo).
