He was a two-time Second-Team All-SEC in 2022 and 2023 for the Missouri Tigers as he finished with 77 and 55 tackles respectively along with other stats.

As an NFL prospect, Hopper is not yet considered a potential starter after the draft and his draft profile indicates he would go on to become an average backup or a special team player at best. He has great height, speed, and agility at his position and has the physical nature of the game figured out. However, where he lacks is in coverage seeming either late or lost at times. To become a potentially good player in the league, he will have to step up his game quite a bit.
